Caseflow by Kim Michelle Lee · Rekode

Caseflow privacy policy

Effective date: 2 October 2026. This policy describes the current skills-only version of Caseflow.

Who provides Caseflow

Caseflow is created by Kim Michelle Lee, founder of Rekode. It provides instructions and resources that guide your AI assistant through creating illustrated case studies for your Framer website.

Information used

At your request, the assistant uses project documents, copy, images, notes, transcripts, testimonials, results, accessible website/social links and the Framer CMS fields and entries relevant to your case study. This material may include client or contributor names and other personal information you choose to supply. Provide only material you are entitled to use, and remove unrelated private information.

Purpose and recipients

The material is used to identify supported project facts, match your site’s tone, select relevant images, prepare a preview and save your authorized draft in Framer. Publication occurs only when you explicitly request it. Your AI host processes the chat and attachments; separately connected file services supply authorized files; Framer receives the approved content and images. Reading public links may also involve the host’s browsing services and source website. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

The skills-only package has no Caseflow-operated backend, separate user account, analytics endpoint or database. Installing these instructions does not send your project material to Kim Michelle Lee or Rekode. If you separately contact the publisher for support, any information you voluntarily send is received through that support channel; The publisher uses your email address, correspondence and any information you provide to respond to your request. The email service provider processes this correspondence. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve your request; email kim@rekode.co to request its deletion, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Retention

Caseflow itself does not retain project data in a publisher-operated store: its own retention period for that data is zero. Your AI host, file provider and Framer may retain chat history, source files, CMS content, images and deployment history according to their settings and policies. Caseflow does not determine or shorten those third-party retention periods. Local workflow files may remain on your computer if the host creates them; you can manage them there.

Your controls

Choose which project, folder, files or links to share. Review the content and images before saving, request corrections, and decide whether to publish. You can disconnect integrations, remove local files and manage chat history or CMS data through the respective products’ controls. Do not share passwords or access tokens in chat; authorize integrations through their normal connection flows.

Contact

For Caseflow support, privacy questions or deletion requests relating to information you sent directly to the publisher, email kim@rekode.co. Please do not email confidential project files unless needed to resolve your request.
