The project

A hand-drawn cocktail flavour map shared by @posvar on X sparked an idea: turn a paper reference into an interactive brand experience. I built a self-initiated concept around five cocktails using Pernod Ricard spirits, drawing on a brand I first worked with during my media-planning career.

The approach

I plotted the drinks on a sweet-to-bitter, citrus-to-boozy grid, using IBA recipes, sugar, acidity and alcohol strength after dilution to inform their positions. Visitors can filter by mood, select a cocktail and open a bartender card with a rotatable 3D vessel.

I created the images in Nano Banana Pro and the 3D models in Meshy 6 through FLORA, orchestrating the work through the FLORA MCP in Claude. The first attempts to turn clear glass into 3D models produced milky surfaces and broken geometry. Rather than keep forcing the same approach, I switched to a Japanese stoneware cup.

Making the menu run on iPad needed a different kind of refinement. I made the build self-contained, with three.js, models and poster images inline, and used one shared WebGL renderer for the vessels.

The result

A working interactive cocktail menu with five drinks, mood filters and 3D bartender cards. The project connects creative direction, AI asset production and a hands-on technical build, with the practical decisions needed to move an idea into a usable web experience.

Unofficial concept. Not affiliated with Pernod Ricard.
