The problem:

A property development project needed a complete digital presence built from scratch. The expertise and completed projects were there, but there was no content, no copy, and no visual direction ready to use.

Approach:

The client shared reference sites including competitors, so I could understand the aesthetic direction quickly. From that I built a rapid prototype showing the layout and structure before anything was designed, giving them something concrete to react to early. They had an existing logo commissioned separately, so the work was about building a full brand world around it rather than starting from scratch on identity.

The strategic starting point was a marketing one, not a design one. What this project needed was someone who understood that the client wasn't selling houses, they were selling a lifestyle. That distinction shapes everything: the copy, the imagery, the tone, the way the spaces are presented. I built the entire narrative around that idea, working across brand, copy, and build as a single connected engagement.
